WASHINGTON, D.C. Aug. 15 (DPI) – Trump today revoked the security clearance of former CIA Director John Brennan because, according to the White House, Brennan has “transitioned into a highly partisan person.”

Brennan, the CIA director under Obama, tweeted the following, referring to Trump:  “It’s astounding how often you fail to live up to minimum standards of decency, civility, & probity. Seems like you will never understand what it means to be president, nor what it takes to be a good, decent, & honest person. So disheartening, so dangerous for our Nation.”

That criticism prompted Trump to revoke Brennan’s security clearance.

The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal both reported this afternoon on Trump’s latest move, which may come back to haunt him.

Trump is “not even hiding his fascism anymore,” wrote one poster on WaPo.com this afternoon.  “And who is Trump to call anyone’s behavior ‘erratic’ ?”

Still, the early reader replies on WSJ.com were surprisingly supportive of Trump – leading some to believe that the entire comment board had been taken over by paid trolls. In the first half-hour, more than 60 comments were posted on WSJ.com, and the most popular comment in the first hour was the comment simply “Well Done, Mr. President.”

In the interest of National Security, the sooner Trump and his cronies have their clearances revoked, the better for the U.S. and the free world.

So Trump endangers America by letting the Russians get away with meddling in our elections and more, but Brennan loses his security clearance for defending America?  Republicans are sick, sick, sick.

Director Brennan has lost his security clearance for his unwillingness to give the stiff arm salute to American’s Mango Mussolini.  I hope he will wear it as a badge of honor.
